Firstly, the obvious: the SLR is a beast. Only slightly worse than the Mk14, it has excellent damage, bullet velocity, and recoil, and is viable at a large range.

No the SLR/DMR isn't too strong, they're their own archetype now.
I think this is a step in the right direction of Weapon Balance making DMRs their own thing instead of it competing with the Snipers in terms of balancing.
