Ranger Creek is a combined brewery/distillery proudly located in San Antonio, TX. We make beer and whiskey in our “brewstillery”, and we make it by hand one batch at a time with lots of love and attention. We like to focus on the relationship between beer and whiskey. As a combined operation, we can do things to highlight this relationship that no one else can, like age our own beer in our own bourbon barrels and distill our beers into whiskeys. We also use much of the same equipment to make both our beer and our whiskey, and we can do this because there are a lot of similarities between the two processes. It’s actually really cool to see, and we invite you to come take a tour and learn about it for yourself.

Our lineup has something for everyone, from a refreshing hefeweizen for everyday beer drinkers to a unique Red IPA. These year-round offerings will be accompanied by our seasonal and specialty beers throughout the year. Check out our interactive map for a list of places where you can buy Ranger Creek products. It turns out bourbon doesn’t have to be made in Kentucky. So we’re making it in Texas in a truly Texan way by using weather, attitude, and premium ingredients from the Lone Star State. Our goal is not to replicate Kentucky bourbon in Texas but to make Texas Bourbon. We are a grain to glass manufacturer that strongly believes in the notion of terroir, and we’re very proud that every drop of our whiskey is distilled, matured, and bottled right here in San Antonio.
