He teamed up with Tim O’Neill, a business guru from Portland, Oregon, and the two slowly crafted their vision into reality. Originally meeting at Travis’ homebrew supply store, the two developed an appreciation for their different brewing approaches, and demand for quality and improvement. Travis’ father, Tom Caudle, became excited about the prospect and became the company’s CEO and guiding sage.
