As seriously as we take the freshness and quality of our beer, we also realize that we work in a brewery, which is pretty fantastic. We try to infuse that enthusiasm into everything we do here at OMB, whether it’s showing you our amazing brewing facility during a tour, making you and your friends feel right at home in our Biergarten or carefully brewing each one of our specialty beers. If we’re having a great time making great beer, we figure you’ll have a great time being here to drink it. And that’s kind of the whole idea.

At OMB, fresh isn’t just a word, it’s our way of life. That’s why you’ll never see OMB sitting “out” at room temperature; fresh beer should never get warm. That’s why our delivery trucks are refrigerated and set precisely to 38°F. And that’s why we adhere to the oldest beer purity law in the world (the renowned German “Reinheitsgebot”) that says beer should only contain 4 ingredients: malt, hops, yeast, and water. So that’s all we use for OMB – no wacky flavors, cheap ingredients, or added colors, and absolutely, positively no shortcuts. If you want to be the best, you’ve got to brew the best, and you can’t let little details like time and money get in the way. Our goal is to do whatever it takes to make the freshest beer imaginable. You can call us control freaks. You can call us fresh obsessed. You’d be right on both counts. But when you taste our beer, we think you’ll agree that it’s totally worth it. CLT Born & Brewed
