Chris Bayne is one of seven children. Among one of his many passions besides the New York Mets and Islanders, Chris has an obsession with beer. Like many lovers of beer, he got the bug to start home brewing in 2004. His growing love for the craft and attention to details led to small get togethers in his garage for friends and neighbors to "try out" what he made. Those gatherings quickly grew into events such as Baynetoberfest where folks could gather together in community around Chris' beer with familiar faces and new.
We only use the finest ingredients around to make some of the finest brews around. While some beer flavors will rotate based on the season and availability of certain ingredients, these are available all year long.
