But with the details lacking, passion still prevalent, and a vague framework still in place, that typical afterthought became the vision of Wabasha Brewing Company. Apparently, the best ideas do come eight beers in!

Welcome to the Wabasha Brewing Taproom! We opened a new taproom in August 2016. The old was small and cozy, but bigger is better! Our taproom features brick walls, hardwood floors, and tin ceilings that are all original to the building, and the 22-foot bar is made of dark reclaimed barn wood for southern Wisconsin. The taproom has a capacity of 61 people and our pergola-style patio gives way to those looking for some beers out in the fresh air; during the non-winter months, that is. The warm and inviting space also features an art wall that will showcase local artists and will change quarterly. Current artist showcase: Sean Sauter of Pink Hat Studios – Hudson, WI.
