Gary Fernandes, a former alcoholic and street-fighter, returns home after serving a prison sentence to find that the wounds of the past still haunt his family. His two sons, David and Monty, who parted ways as kids, are grown men now but are still bitterly estranged. As the story unfolds, we see the journey of these three men, as they seek to find redemption and healing. Meanwhile, the arrival of the biggest event in mixed martial arts history is announced in India. Both brothers end up enlisting and finally stand to face off with each other. With twists and turns, pouring emotions and edge-of-the-seat action, will this final battle between the two brothers repair old wounds?

Brothers (international title: Brothers: Blood Against Blood)[6] is an 2015 Indian sports drama film,[7][8] based on Mixed Martial arts (MMA) directed by Karan Malhotra and produced by Dharma Productions, Lionsgate Films and Endemol India.[9] The film is an official remake of the 2011 Hollywood film Warrior.[10] It stars Akshay Kumar and Sidharth Malhotra, with Jacqueline Fernandez, Jackie Shroff and Shefali Shah in supporting roles. The first look poster of the film was released on 9 March 2015 and film released on 14 August 2015 on Independence Day weekend.[11]
