Netflix's Workin' Moms gives viewers plenty of scenes that actual mothers can relate to heavily. Here 10 times the show was all too real and relatable

Women have whisper networks. We talk about handsy colleagues and compare paychecks. We discuss skin care routines and pass book titles back and forth. I learned about Netflix’s latest import (from Canada no less!), Workin’ Moms, through my network and immediately passed it on.

Reitman and her team get it. They get pumping in the bathroom, they get being frustrated, they get the mental load of motherhood and the unrealistic work culture expectations that stress parents out.

This gig is hard. It's about time a show accurately conveyed that.

The show doesn't feel the need to make excuses or apologize — these women feel like real people.

The series' first season, now streaming on Netflix in the U.S., might be described as the honest version of "Bad Moms."
