He did so with help from other people and speculates what the effect of some of them will do during the game. Additionally, because he is invited to press events, he has some details that others may not.

They were present at the Battlefield 1 livestream event and I'm hopeful that they will make more Battlefield Friends episodes when BF1 comes out :).
