Washington has two pharmacy schools that grant a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm. D.) degree. Other institutions throughout the state offer pharmacy technician programs of study.
Our accredited Doctor of Pharmacy program requires three years of pre-pharmacy studies followed by four years of professional education, regardless of prior degrees.
Applicants to the Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) program may complete their pre-pharmacy work at WSU, a community college, or any accredited four-year university.
Students are admissible to the School of Pharmacy PharmD Program only after the completion of the college-level prerequisites noted below, generally taking three years to complete.
